Our expectations:
- Experience in real estate
- Communicative, organized, and result-oriented
- Fluency in English and Montenegrin (other languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of the real estate market
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Confident PC user: Word, Excel, email, messengers, basic CRM systems
What you'll be doing:
- Searching for and supporting clients
- Organizing and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating with clients
- Preparing and signing contracts
- Managing the client and property database
Rental Manager
Our expectations:
- Experience in real estate
- Communicative, organized, and result-oriented
