The villa is located just 20 meters from the sea, offering a magnificent view of the island and the Monastery of Our Lady of Mercy in the foreground, as well as the entire Bay of Kotor, a UNESCO cultural and ecological heritage site. Despite the large size of the property, its exceptional architectural design allows it to blend seamlessly with the surroundings together creating a harmonious image of the Mediterranean region. Stone, wood, and glass are the main materials used in the exterior design.
